Classic Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality division of Grossman Company Properties, has developed owned and managed over 6,000 hotel rooms throughout the Western United States. The company is well versed in every phase of hotel design, development and management from the initial site acquisition to architectural and interior design, as well as integrated amenities including golf courses, spas, health clubs, water parks and restaurants.

Classic Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking ownership and/or management of resorts and hotels that will become unique in their marketplace as a result of appropriate capital expenditure and product repositioning. Geographically, the property acquisition focus is primarily the Western United States where Classic maintains offices in Phoenix, Arizona.
